We try to make our process very easy! All we need to provide you with a quote is a few pictures of areas of installation.

After we send you our quote with the lead time, we will be waiting for your confirmation. When you give us the green light, we will schedule the measurement visit to your house.

Soon after that, we will send you our shop drawings for approval. We will put your project on the board for fabrication when you approve our drawings.

As soon as we finish your railings, we will contact you with the proposed installation date and time.

It depends on many factors, such as the age of the house, the style of the interior and exterior, neighborhood, your taste, etc.

If you are not sure what style to choose, send us a few photos of the installation area, and we will send you a couple of our popular options.

There should not be any rush with this. You can take as much time and ask as many questions as you need. We are here to help!

We can customize everything. However, certain materials may not be in supply, and some decorative elements are discontinued. In this case, we will offer something similar in its look.

Sometimes, we can find something very similar and even save you some money!

We use iron in our production. It is a perfect fit for residential and commercial projects.

As a standard option, we cover all our railings with a rust-inhibiting primer and oil-based paint.

We can have the railings powder-coated per your request.

We take a special care to protect the bottom parts of the posts.

After each installation, we touch up our railings and ensure no scratches are left.

Use a damp rag to wipe off the dirt. We advise not to use any harsh chemicals to clean the railings.

Our railings do not require any thorough maintenance; however, if you notice accidental damage to the paint, the touch-up process is straightforward!

We accept checks, Zelle transfers, and credit cards of major banks (up to 5% CC fee applies).

We require a 50% deposit to start the project. The remaining balance is due after the installation.

If your project is not ready for measurements, you can book the project by providing the deposit to cut down on wait time.

We will refund the project cost in full before the drawings are approved.

If we made any expenses before cancellation, those amounts will be broken down for the client and deducted from the refunded amount.

We give a 12-month warranty for materials and workmanship.

It does not cover any accidental damage that was done to the railing after successful installation.
